The Town of Clyde’s Stormwater Management Plan guides the management of stormwater runoff from our properties and roads. The goal is to reduce pollution and protect local waterways in compliance with our National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) MS4 Permit and the applicable provisions of the Clean Water Act. The Stormwater Management Plan contains six components, including:
- Public Outreach and Education
- Public Involvement (Community Engagement)
- Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination
- Construction Site Runoff Control
- Post-Construction Runoff Control
- Pollution Prevention and Good Housekeeping
Report Illicit discharges
If you see an illicit discharge you can report it several ways:

- Time and date of illicit discharge
- Location of illicit discharge
- Brief description of incident
